My current gigging head is a Deizel Einstein 100 with the mod which allows for footswitchable modes on Channel 1. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to add a volume control pot for the clean (and possibly the 2nd) mode of channel 1? I believe the Mesa Electra Dyne has a similar feature. Mesa claims it's an easy mod to do on the Electra Dyne (the first ED's didn't have it. From what I understand, Mesa is offering mods to the earlier versions of the amp).

Thanks!

I'm sure Peter will answer later, but I don't think what your asking is possible.

I agree with Mark2C. The Electrodyne is a different beast entirely.
Still, the only person who would know for sure, would be Peter.

That´s the reason we don´t recommend the channel mod.
The Einstein is a two channel amp.

My comment seems to be rude, but it´s the truth.

It´s possible to adjust the levels via a effect unit.

Thanks everyone! Thought I'd ask. I knew the mod wasn't recommended. But, it makes the amp much more versatile in a live situation for me. Honestly, I have been able to find a "sweet spot" where the volume differences aren't that dramatic. I have a few clean boosts, one of which I can throw in the loop.
