Einstein Combo + extra speaker

Question for the tech guys.
I would like to ad an extra cab to my Einstein Combo.
The external cab is a 2X12 Diezel (from my VH4) witch runs at 8 Ohm. The internal speaker runs at 16 Ohm.
Is it safe to connect to the 2 X 4 Ohm speaker outlets?

1/16 + 1/8 = 3/16
1/R = 5,3333 Ohm

Plug them into the "2x8" Ohm speaker out, which uses the 4Ohm tap of the transformer.

On the back you have
1x16
1x8 (with two jack for 2 x16)
1 x 4 (with two jacks for 2x8)

I guess thát you've meant the wring thing though.

Seems that the labelling on the combo is different now, sorry. If you have the labelling

4
4

use the two jacks labelled "4".

That still is the 4 Ohm tap, which has the lowest mismatch.
