Einstein combo just quit

Peter I just got a new Einstein Combo from Guitar Center in Nashville last Sunday. Tonight the amp just stop making sound. All the lights are on. Tubes are glowing fine. The LED on the back next to the fuse showing if you should check tubes or the fuse isnt on. Checked te fuse and it look fine.

Should I take it back to GC and have them take care of it or should I just directly send it to Salwender?

Can You replace the controller chip ?
That would be the first step.
