Wood? I think maybe you mean the tolex? It's the diablo tolex. I guess the picture is a little blurry so it kind of looks that way. There's some pics on the earcandy site that might be clearer here.

How are you liking the Buzzbomb? I was considering a Mesa Boogie Rectifier 212 but ended up going for the Buzzbomb with Sugar Cone speakers. Just arrived but I need to confirm the ohms before plugging in.

I like it, haven't really had a chance to break in the speakers yet they're a little stiff sounding right now. I imagine the sugar cones will sound great.

I just got mine. It sounds great! They actually break them in for about 4 hours before they arrive at your house. The speakers are slightly broken and then the cabinet with the speakers. Either way, I like! Very balanced and I can now use all of my amp's controls and EQ how I like.
