My band started rehearsing today for the album promotion tour, and I’ve been setting up the rig I’m going to use, and noticed two things about the Einstein:
1 - It starts to drop volume and then it comes back gain for no reason, both power and pre amp tubes are new, I just changed them, a also tried one of the spare kits I’m bringing with me and he has the same behavior .
2 – The recording compensated out it’s not working, I was going to use it to feed the rack gear, a power amp for a wet/dry/wet setup, both the serial and parallel loops work.

Any ideas?

If there is an issue on the compensated out or not. You should
feed your rig from the send jack of the loops.

Please UNPLUG THE AMP and check the clamps of the tube sockets.

Best,
Peter

Hi Peter,

Thanks a lot for your quick reply, your costumer service rocks just like the amps  . (Maybe the best in the world, as far as I know).

I thought this way I could avoid using a line out box, and get power tube saturation... Either way, I discovered the line out doesn't work...

I'll do as you say and check the clamps, and thanks for the warning, i really don't want to have 400v/500v burning my finger toes, not a nice feeling
