Hi all,

One of the footswitch LEDs of my Einstein gave up. It needs to be replaced.
I suppose it needs to have the right technical specifications. In particular

- current and
- potential difference

But interesting would also be

- brightness
- wave length
- emit angle

Many thanks in advance for any help,
Jo

Hi

I retrofitted LED's into my Einstein footswitch as the ones bizarrely don't come with LED's.

As I recall they are 5mm Super bright LED's. Blue of course....

Seem to recall Peter telling me that current etc didn't really matter.

Viewing angle would be to your own tastes and wouldn't affect the installation.

Personally I would say standard front firing would be best as you can see them from above and all sides.

Hope that helps. They are so cheap try a few different ones out and see what works best. I have tried many different colours but settled back to blue... Don't try flashing ones. They mess with the switching.......

Regards

Graham
