Einstein Footswitch Mod

Hi Everyone,

I tried contacting Peter on this one but haven't heard back yet. I realize he is busy so....I just wanted to find out something that I need pretty desperately.

Pictured below is my Einstein footswitch. What I am doing is replacing the cable that is integrated into the switch with a stereo jack. This would be so that I can plug in a TRS cable (Tip, Ring, Sleeve) and run that through my PedalSnake from my pedalboard to the back of my Einstein.

So...would anyone know which colour goes to which area of the stereo switch?
Does the red, black or white go to the tip, ring or sleeve?

Please let me know!

You can easily find it out yourself by using a DMM ;) Did that myself with the Einstein I used to have but I don't remember the assignment.

Good point..... and dum arse on my part...... :doh: :doh: :doh: ....I should have thought of that!!!
Just looking at the schematic, it seems like black is the ground obviously.
