This saddens me. Each time I play mine I wonder why I ever bother considering anything else for what I do.

Good luck with the sale dude.

Hey Adam, it saddens me too, but here's the deal. I spent the whole afternoon yesterday playing both the VH4 and the Einstein, and I'm convinced that with the VH4 I'm more than happy and it'll cover that Diezel flavor that I love so much. They ARE indeed very different, but they're similar enough to justify keeping them both when I wanna try new stuff. So based on that one of them have to go.... and honestly I rather keep the VH4, it's a little bit more my thing (the clean channel is more of my liking, as well as the texas vs vs channel 2 in the vh4.....the only channel that honestly makes me think about it twice is the Einstein's channel 2 that "feels" different from the VH4 channel 3&4, so I'd like to "keep that" because I like them both a lot but I have to also me true to myself and make a decision. I don't play metal/hard rock THAT much to keep the Einstein based on that.

I'm after a new guitar and a Fender amp (yup.....I'm gasing a Fender amp for my blues stuff) so something has to go you know? I already sold a guitar (Epi Lucille) but something else needs to go. It's hard man I'm telling you, but I cannot throw more cash at gear without getting rid of something.

It's sad, but it's true.

But I'm calm because I can always get an Eintein again if the Fender doesn't work.

I figured you would do this at some point, but alas, you seem to have found what you want and that is a good thing. :)

I won't sell mine unless it is for another Diezel (VH4 or Herbert)....that and the fact that I like the size of the Einstein for gigging and that I don't need any more power than what it has. I've love either of those 2 amps....but realistically I am quite settled with what I have.

........just going to change out the Diezel Eminence speakers in my cab for the G12K-100s. I installed one in my Marshall combo and it was like

Yeah you know, like I said, if I could keep em both I would, trust me.....and buy a Schmidt! (I've never gased for a Herbert don't know why). But money is tight and I gotta let one go, and happens to be the VH4 is a little bit more of my liking honestly the clean channel is what really made me keep the VH4 over the Einstein... I like the Vh4 cleans better, but the Einstein ch.2 is fucking GREAT!)

Now, again I see myself owning another one in the future, but there are other amps I wanna try out there right now, specially in the "blues" realm.... I'm a bit over the metal thing.... even though I jam a lot to heavy music and I make a lot of "Heavy music based" clips to show the guys in theforums since it's the kind of music the mostly hear.

I've been gasing for an Einsein for the past 2 weeks now. I'd have to sell the Egnater M4 though.
