Einstien 50w head convert from 240 to 120

I've searched & could not find the answer
I want to rewire my Diezel (or make sure it isn't already) from 240 as it's listed to 120
I have the Einstein Manual & the Diezel Service manual that covers multiple Amps, but didn't see anything that covers what I'm seeing.
Head is SN 002/157

Answering my own Question.
This has already been rewired for 120, but the fuse is only 2 amp, so I'll be replacing that.
For 120v the Primaries would be in Parallel & 240 they would be in Series, so this would be what CS & CP stand for (Series/Parallel)
