I have a Axess Electronics CFX4. I am trying to use it to control Einy via midi, with the 1/4" jacks on the cxfx4 going into the Einstein's 1/4" footswitch jacks on the back of the amp. I am only trying to control the channels and the master.
Has anyone done this? Would the switches on the Einy be latching or momentary? I am an electrical idiot..
Help?

Latching. Of course this works without a problem, also with a G-Major (Relay-Out) or a Multvalve. You may need stereo--> mono adaptors.

Thanks Olaf. I can't seem to make it switch. It's been a while since I had to do any midi programming so I am pulling my hair out!! :bash: :bash: :bash: I know I am missing a basic step here.

It doesn't switch when the settings of the manual switches on the frontplate are not correct. So try the 2nd Master first (no switch on the frontplate). Then try if the manual sw on the Fp needs to be in ch1 or ch2 position. I guess it should be ch1. Not sure though.

The settings on the frontpanel don´t effect the switching jacks
