I never got an answer to this question. Where do the direct feeds come from on a Einstein 100 head(compensated out vs effects loop)? Meaning are they both from the same point in the circuit. I noticed if I use the parallel send that there is a drop in power and less highs in the EQ. Thanks Mike PS this is the 3rd time I have posted this question with no reply.

The sends have the same signal coming from
the preamp. The compensated out comes from
the speaker output and runs through a circuit.

Each return is running to an own driver. The gain
of the parallel return is regulated by the parallel
return pot.

After both return driver stages the signals are
mixed and run to the master volume. Next
stage is the phase inverter.

Hope this helps ;)
