EMG active pickups - no sound?

Hello everyone! This is my first post here. I signed up specifically to ask for help with my pickup installation. I have an Epiphone LP, and recently I purchased a whole bunch of solderless EMG active electronics. I haven't been able to find the right information anywhere online, and my trial and error hasn't produced anything either, so that's why I need help.

Onboard, I am running two EMG concentric (stacked) knobs for volume and tone, a kill switch (EMG), and a phase inverter (EMG pi2), along with EMG's active "Het Set." I am using EMG's toggle switch and output jack, as well.

The problem I'm having is I have no sound at all coming from the amplifier. I have followed the instructions to a T, but the problem is that there are no instructions out there for my particular setup. The instructions that come with the components are for the particular component only, and EMG's website isn't helpful either. Setting aside my aspirations, I'd be happy if even one of those produced sound right now.

For troubleshooting, I have tried simply running one concentric pot connected to one pickup and even that didn't work. I plugged my other guitar in, and it works great. I have replaced multiple batteries with new ones, and that doesn't work either. So obviously, I am missing something in terms of wiring.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot, and if you happen to be a whiz with EMG active solderless electronics, can you help me get my entire setup up and running?

Thank you so much!

Well i am no expert in terms of EMG but i do have some experience having installing several sets.
First thing i would check if you have connected the battery correctly and most importantly the output jack correctly. Active systems normally use stereo jacks (since you are using the one EMG provided, you should be good here) to connect the battery ground to signal ground only when you have put in a cable into the jack (also the reason why you should always disconnect the cable from the guitar if you are not playing to not drain the battery). Important here is to use the normal mono cable as this ensures that you short the ring to the sleeve and therefore "activate" the battery.
Also make sure you have identified correctly the lugs on the jack that represent the tip, ring and sleeve correctly and they are correctly connected via a diagram.
Before going for the full setup, i think its best to first get a 1 pickup, 1 volume configuration working.
On the EMG side under the info and top wiring diagrams, you can find a wiring diagram for 1 pickup / 1 volume in the "H Instructions, Solderless" pdf. Try to exactly connect your system like this to see if its working (after you made sure that the output jack / battery is connected correctly).

Infernal is right - I actually had a solderless set with the tip and sleeve positions reversed on the 3-tab inout Jack. Limited run from a supplier, perhaps? Anyway - following the instructions to the ‘T’ resulted in no signal. Carefully inspect the inout Jack and visually confirm the tabs that feed tip, ring and sleeve independent from the diagram and instructions.
