Empress ParaEQ pedal 3 band Parametric Equalizer. Almost mint but I rate it Excellent condition due to velcro on the back(velcro was on there when I bought it from the original owner), absolutely no paint chips or nicks in the paint. Great Eq pedal you can run in front of your amp or in the loop the input pad is fully 3 way adjustable 0-Instrument level, -6 and -12Db for in the loop or to match with other effect unit levels, fully adjustable bandwith's, narrow, medium, wide. This thing has tons of gain 15DB on each frequency add or cut and an separate boost foot-switchable function that has 30DB's additional boost. Runs off of Boss PSA (100ma or greater) 2.1 mm barrel negative_center tip connector 9-18DCV power supplies. No power adapter included.
I was using this in my Dime Randall setup and it nails the tone and sets up just like a PQ3. I was more than happy with the tone but I stumbled onto a local Furman PQ3 so this is for sale. I have A/B'd them and they are very close and the Empress has a lower noise floor(more quiet). It's the closest alternative to a vintage Furman that I have found.
