To all concerned:

We have been busy as hell to get everyone's orders put together before Xmas. As you know its me and Bruce in the shop only with a sprinkle of part time help from Ian and Ed. We are building and testing along with answering the phone, answering questions and trying to talk about new stuff and well its crazy! Had to move Teri out so she could focus on just building modules and nothing else.

If you have and order with us that is old, meaning over 6 months, please let me know. All other newer orders we will try like hell to get them all ready. We may have them ready but the dealer you ordered through may not be able to make it happen as fast as you would like.

As you all know with the state of the world and especially our state,we are trying to focus on not only the business but friends in need, family and some personal down time for holiday enjoyment! I hope you all know the level of commitment our company has for our customers is our major concern. This will continue to be the #1 goal!

During this time of the year the level of stress for both Bruce, with designs for the 2009 NAMM GC line and me running this company, has taken its toll on us and we just need to slow down!

So one last mad push...... who doesn't have there shit yet?

PS I made a mistake and ran out of shirts so I have not to send with orders and have to get more made. After the first of the year I will have more so don't think we are ditching you!

Jeff

+1

I appreciate all of the hard work Jeff. I don't know how you guys have been able to stay sane through all of this. I'm hoping the M4 gets here today.

It's definitely got to be stressful for you guys right now.

Although I do hope I get my MOD50 by Christmas (I ordered mine Nov. 22) because I'm taking some vacation days and would have plenty of time to enjoy it. But I completely understand you guys are doing your best!

Many thanks for working so hard for all of us die hard Egnater fans and here's hoping the New Year brings many more customers and additional success you guys deserve...of course that means more work but that's a much better problem to have these days :D

Egnater

No one likes a wait, but you can't fault you guys for your communication and honesty, which is more important. You guys make such great amps that it's worth the wait.

I honestly never even dreamed of finding an amp company that I'd be so smitten with and loyal to. John Petrucci has Mesa Boogie, and I have Egnater.

Happy holidays everyone!

Still waiting. Ordered Aug 12th, not quite 6 months but sure feels like it.

Hey, let me know if you guys need some extra manpower from Tejas. I'll be glad to take advantage of the Egnater "employee discount." ;)

Seriously, thanks for the great communication with all of us.

Jeff

Do I get a T shirt too?

The new mod100 midi board seems to working without a glitch.

Have got to test it some more though.

Any COD's yet?

BTW I wear XL, and prefer black Tee's!

so changing a midi from a single channel to a new midi will allow it to be dual channel? does this work for the M4 single or just the mod 50 and 100?

The module board and MIDI board in the MOD 100/RM100 can be changed out to allow it to use both channels of the Egnater modules. Unfortunately, they have been way too busy to make it available yet.
It is only available on the Mod 100 or RM100, not on Mod 50 or M4/RM4

As far as I know, this basic deal is this. A single channel module is a single channel module. Its not the midi board in the amp that makes it dual. Dual channels are specifically designed to have 2 channels. As it stands now, all Randall amps will work with Dual Channel modules but you can only access the first channel. The mod to the RM100 is to make it be able to select both channels of the dual channel modules. The RM100 is the only Randall amp they have the mod for. I believe the same mod will work for the old single channel MOD 100s.

I dont know if there is a mod for the old single channel M4s, but I believe MOD 50s have only ever been dual channel.

Hi all,
This is my first post here at Rig-Talk. Though I have never posted I have read much information regarding the Egnater equipment. I was so impressed with everyone's enthusiasm and loyalty for the product, Bruce, Jeff and everyone at Egnater included, I was sold. So I ordered a MOD50 with a BMAN and an SL2 in October and was notified today by Eddie at Indoor Storm that the amp will be ready to ship early next week. Well, I am so excited that I just had to post and let everyone know that I will be a new eggie very soon!

I had just purchased a Bogner 1x12 Shiva Combo when I heard about the Egnater Modular amps and instantly started searching for information. Shortly after (1-2 weeks) I sold my Shiva (it was an excellent sounding amp, but very heavy) and ordered the MOD50. Though I have yet to play my MOD50 I know just by all your postings that I will never again look back, but forward into the future with enthusiasm and loyalty as you all have. I would like to thank all of you, Bruce and everyone at Egnater who replies to your posting for the information you provided me in my decision making. Though I have never communicated directly with anyone at Egnater I know it is a great company, again by your postings and the dedication in which Egnater responds to your inquiries.

Finally, I will be posting my findings when I receive my MOD50 with open arms sometime in the near future.

Thank you all again.
