Epiphone 1984 Explorer EX

Anyone played one of these? The 1984 Explorer (in Snow White) has always been my dream guitar, so I'm really looking at one of these. I'm actually having trouble finding them! Are they a SamAsh exclusive? They've got the black model in stock, but no white for the last few weeks.
 
It's a nice guitar. I've only seen the black one in stock too and yeah, it's a sam ash exclusive item. IMO it just needs a little setup and tweaking to preference and it's good to go.

I'm really glad to hear that...I'm GASing for one hard, due to the history, but I'm so afraid of it being a low quality instrument. I just know I can't go play 20 of them and find the right one, so I have to just hope the one I get is nice.

It's been the guitar I've wanted since I was 4 years old. 16 years next month.

I don't have the money..but I think I'm gonna buy one anyway :doh: If I can find one.
 
I have had a chance to play one. there is a white one at my sam ash here. I am thinking of buying it soon. But I have enough explorers lol

Plays pretty nice, eh? No finish/fret problems? How's the hardware?
 
dude have the Tampa store ship it to your local store... Doesnt SA have a 30 day retuen like GC? They'd just charge you shipping if it was a dog...
