EQ's on VHT & Mark IV?

seems like the EQ on the CL is the last thing in the chain before the power section, is that right? just seems like it messes with how atleast some effects work in the loop. haven't run delay much, but seem like it took all the fire out of my flanger?



so where in the chain is the Mark IV EQ? and does it have any negative effect upon effects?

From what I recall, my Mark III's FX loop was after the EQ, but I may be wrong there. It's been some time since I owned it.

Any of the Mark IV owners could test this easily enough I guess by plugging straight in through the FX return and seeing if the graphic EQ has any effect on the tone.
