Eric - Where are your Friedman clips?!?

Yah!!!!Have you got them back yet,my EG5 is on it's way home!!!The Erect still blows me away :D I guess I need to get some basic recording gear and take the plunge :rock:
 
When do I get to try the E-Rect? ;) For what its worth, I cant imagine having anything done to EG5. That thing kills me everytime I turn it on.
 
Well I had to ship a couple of my modules back to Dave for him to do a couple of fixes (mainly the EG5 / EG34). Plus, I was out all last week in Vegas for a user's conference. Work has been kicking my ass, and haven't had time to play..let alone record!!! But, on the flip side...it's thursday...one day closer to the weekend, so I'll be able to do some of that shit this weekend I hope!!!

Sorry guys, I do want to get some stuff recorded for sure!

Ideally, Id love to hear you play the exact same thing on BE, HBE, and Custom 45. I really want to know what the difference is between all these mods since as far as I understand it, they are all high gain Marshall sounds.

Well..I don't have the BE..but the ChA of the HBE gets close to the BE from what Dave says. Dave just shipped my EG5 / EG3/4 back to me yesterday, so I should have them either this weekend or early next week.

I'll do clips of all the modules he modded once I get them all back. I'll do clean, crunch, balls out, and leads on the HBE, Custom 45, and the modded EG5.

I'm sure the 45 sounds great too, but there ain't one thing about my SL that I'd change at all... that thing is amazing. BMAN too... just killer.

I threw in the Bman in the Mod 50 with the TADs and 5751 in V1 and a chinese in V2 and it is fucking awesome,clean and dirt another super combo like the VX module,man I love this shit man!!!!!!
 
OK...so clips are coming this week for sure. I have a Royer 121 coming in tomorrow...that I FOR SURE want to try out ;)

TADs? Which ones? I need to try the 5751s in my Bassman. I honestly didn't hear a big difference i nthe Bassman with the 5881s over EL34s.

I know what you mean, some of these modules sound so good stock it is hard to see modding them. The SL2 is so good.
