Hey guys, I've got a bunch of stuff to offload at the moment, it's all on Reverb but (a) I'd like to avoid the fees, (b) I can take cool amps in trade. Also, while I can't say this on Reverb, the way I ship via EMS basically means that almost no one I sell to has paid import into the US in the past few years. Literally no one that I talked to paid duty, but I only get to confirm with maybe 1/4 of guys. That's still literally dozens of packages. Anyway, here's the stuff, I'll leave most of the info on Reverb. It's pretty much all high-end and rare stuff with a focus on MIJ. Basically it's probably better to just scroll through my Reverb store:

I guess I'll say up front some amps I'm looking for are Wizard MTL, Steavens Poundcake 100W, Framus Cobra, Bogner Uber Ultra, 70s Orange OR-120, Engl Special Edition / Savage SE / Invader II, cool modded Marshalls. Basically the things that don't pop up local to me (in Japan). I have a ton of amps, and I want a ton of amps... don't really want to list them all but if you have something cool doesn't hurt to reach out. If it's an amp that a reasonable chunk of people will argue about being the best amp ever, it's something I want to try out.

Thanks -- I've seen that around but heard mixed things about the 50W model. Probably just some nonsense I shouldn't generalize on but it does have me looking just at the 100Ws.

Yeah I can understand that man I also only buy 100w+. I've had 50s and for bedroom playing it's cool but for anything else it doesn't work for me.

How does importing from Japan typically work anyways? Do you have to pick up the shipment and pay duties?

Nah, it's like a normal thing where it shows up at your door, like anything else. The specifics depend on the country.

When I ship to the US via EMS, it can be super good because there's no state tax and usually no duty either, so often cheaper than buying local (ship cost is higher, but sales tax is much higher than the ship difference). To Europe you're pretty much stuck with the 20% VAT or whatever so a little less attractive there, but I can also declare a bit less to make it easier.

btw, adding a vintage Ibanez UV7BK to the list. Need to take pics but paint's in close to mint condition. Looking for about $2600.
