Hi! I really like the 12 inch radius Thin U profile on my ESP Eclipse and which ESP seems to use on most of their guitars. I was curious about the ESP Snapper as I've always enjoyed strats. I noticed they actually use a compound radius on the Snapper. They list it as a "Slim U" with a "Compound 240-305mm" which is basically 9.45 inches to 12 inches. Has anyone tried the Snapper and does it feel wildly different from the neck profile you get on a Horizon or Eclipse? Thanks!

I've had a lot of ESPs and the neck profiles are not really consistent. I do have one with that compound radius and it feels find relative to the more typical 12" radius. But the neck thicknesses of their guitars are all over the place.

Oh wow. Good to know. Thanks for the heads up! Hmmm... might be able to pick up a Snapper at a good deal, but now I'm a bit hesitant without trying the neck. I have some tendonitis issues and always found the 42mm nut and 12 inch radius fretboard at least on the current Eclipses and Horizons pretty comfortable.
