Awesome guitars, I have a pile of strats and one Tele from ESP, all are great. Alder bodies, alnico pickups, quality construction. The newer Vintage Plus' have more modern features like flatter radius fretboards and the Strats have Wilkinson trems, Duncan pickups, and locking tuners.

I’ve never played an ESP that was anything but killer.

what about the price? is this a good deal? I cant find another like this??

I don't think the price is bad, the Vintage and Vintage Plus models evolved from the 400 series of the early 80s, which as the name implies were targeted at a $400 price point, but the Vintage and Plus models were released later and prices had for sure gone up. I'd go check it out and decide if you think it's worth it... my guess would be yes, but maybe you don't like Teles, so IDK...I'd rather have that than a Fender but that's just my opinion.

I have 3 400 series Strats and a Tele, and a 2000s Vintage Plus Strat, all of them are great guitars, but the Vintage Plus is a cut above but close to 2K new (list).
