Dealt with Tony a few times. Cannot say enough good about the customer service he offers himself and through his dealers. A hell of a cool guy also. I have had many high end cables and the Lyric HG+ is one of my favs. A little stiff but the tone and how quiet it is. :yes:
 
Repaired my cable in one day and shipped it back at no charge. The issue with it was caused by me but he doesn't care. :rock:
