I'm thinking about using my MOD 50 for my dirty tones and my AC30 for my cleaner tones. What amp switcher do you guys prefer?

weber makes a two channel amp switcher that is pretty affordable, for two heads into one cab.

as far as two different combos, the king of the aby switchers in terms of quality without tone suckage is lehle.

His AC is a combo.
ToneBone makes one and I think it has a midi option.....I dont remember...

The Tonebone(Radial) unit has an input for remote switching using any midi switcher that has control functions(on/off). :)

I really like the Radial ToneBone SwitchBone - it is the core of my small non-MIDI pedalboard. ABY, adjustable buffer, adjustable boost, tuner out, mute, phase flip, etc. etc and built ike a tank. Only thing is be sure you have room for the walwart and/or have a supply that can power it.
