So before sound check at yesterday's gig I replaced some pedals on my travel board...I replaced the Line 6 DL 4 with a Diamond Memory Lane, the MI Audio BB Dlx with a Keeler Designs Push OD, and the CAE Boost with a Diamond Compressor.
Still on the board...
VHT Valvulator, Cry Baby, EB Volume pedal, Psionic Triad and MI Crunch Box.
The Diamond Compressor is perfect for a boost with slight compression...kills on clean amps.
The Keeler Push is the first TS9 type pedal where the tone control makes sense, with clean amps it's a glorious rhythm tone, kick the Compressor in and it's my go to lead sound.
The Memory lane is so cool a delay...the modulation section alone is worth having. Can't believe it took me 2 years to get one since I first heard it.
All of those pedals are total home runs. On tomorrows gig I will toss the Diamond Fireburst OD on the with the Keeler to see how those work together.
Also I used the compressor and another Diamond OD at the NAMM gig into a Super Bass and that also worked glorious.
