Fish hum when installed in rack

Hey does anyone know what I can do about the hum? When the unit is out of the rack I can play and there is little to no hum but when I put the Fish mounted in the rack there is a hum like a ground issue or something .. I've flipped the ground lift and that doesn't help so :confused:
 
What is in your rack (and location of each unit)
and there any wall wort type transformers in proximity
to the fish?
 
From top to bottom.. the fish on top then skrydstup line mixer, tc 2290 two empty spaces then on the bottom a vht 2502...yes I have two wallwarts on the bottom of the rack and to let you know the fish is a good 24 inches or more away from the warts I have a 10 space shockmount rack.....
 
Sorry, meant to say wart (beer on the mind...)

I know that this is a longshot but have you moved the wall warts away
from the power amp? I had this issue with my 295 and a quadraverb
power supply.
