Floyd Rose II conversion to an OFR? How much of a PITA?

I have a MIJ Strat with a FR II. It works perfectly since it has been well maintained. I have a line on another MIJ, but this one's FR II is pretty much shot. I am not Floyd partial/predjudiced since I've had licensed copies that work great, but Carvin is just down the freeway from me and I can pick up an OFR when I'm at the dog park.

Is this a simple swap or are the posts farther/closer apart on the models? Nut size? Any other dimension differences? Thanks in advance for any responses!
