I got an black one from the early 90's with bell truss rod cover I am going to list soon in case anyone is interested...
 
I paid $2k for mine from the ESP Custom Shop in Osaka.

That's the best way to get them, go to Japan or have someone there order one for you.

Did you by it in December/January 2018/2019?
If so, I hate you with a passion.
I was there a day after you and they told me they just sold one for $1800 or so.

I got it in January 2017. They had a new one as well for about $6k that I was losing my shit over, but couldn’t afford. So the guy said they just got a used one in that morning for $2k. SOLD!! Haha.
