I was hoping that after a full retube I would be happier with my Cobra but have come to realize that the Cobra just isnt for me.
Anyways, I have a newer version Cobra with the external bias w/ footswitch.
I just installed a set of brand new RUBY EL34 BSTR's power tubes and a mix of Penta Lab's (similar to Chinese 9th gen., reccomended by Doug to tame some of the high's of the Corba) and Tung-sol's in the pre-amp. These tubes have LITERALLY less than 2 hours on them.
The pictures show the 'Deep' knob is missing but I actually replaced it already, I ordered a brand new one from Framus.
I'm looking for a Dragon with footswitch. Depending on what condition it is in, I'm expecting a Dragon plus some cash; we'll work something out.
*I will entertain other mid-high/high gain amp trade offers but really looking to jump on a Dragon trade*
