Forgot how awesome the Herbert was...

Last night for yucks i used my trusty Herbert in place of my VH4 for my gig.(been using the VH4 religiously for some time now..) WOW!!! Like going back home. Forgot how awesome the Herbie truly is!!! Felt & sounded soo good. I guess its good to have a problem where i dunno if i should play my VH4 or Herbie live!! Happy Sunday everyone!!

Go "THRU" the VH4 to the Herbert--Mighty Warlock and I configured like that at West Coast Ampfest 2010 and the sound was MONSTER!!

yeah, been running the VH4 to a v30 cab and the Herbert to a K100 cab for awhile.


Thunderous how they fill in each others empty spots in the spectrum, and yet still retain almost a very similar tone.

however, i'm currently recording with the VH4 and the Mark V, because I wanted to blend 2 different tones.

However, next show i do with the band i will probably be trying both Diezel heads together.

Should be interesting to hear the outcome there!

It's hard to feel sorry for yah JD when you got enough $$ invested in 2 guitars to buy yourself a brand new Diezel. Ole' sly has to buy used and not only that he's playing cheap guitars. haha
