Yesterday the wife was out so I got some time to do some really nice videos of both amps.
These are my two favorite amps, if the Pink Taco V2 was a two channel amp it might be my clear cut favorite, but both amps are great as is.
If I had to bring one to play out, I think I would take the JEL-20 as the 2 channels give me more flexibility.

Both amps have a ton of gain, if you don't want to use pedals, you could get by with a boost.
I have actually thought about not even using delays or boosts and just plugging straight in for simplicity, I might have to try a few videos like that, just the dry amp and see what I think,

I actually listen to my videos while driving to see if I like my tone and what I can do to improve it.
I do play at low volumes, 75-80dB per my meter, TV Volume, so all you are really hearing is pre-amp gain, the power tubes are not being hit hard as the master volume is only a bit above zero.

Give a listen and see which amp you prefer.
My playing is obviously not going to be as good as the amps are, but I try my best.
I think it will give you a good idea.
My dog seems to like it, he magically appears whenever I start playing, that is why I can't play too loud.

I had a senior moment and forgot to plug the guitar in on my 10 minute video, lol.

Here are the videos:
