This Bernie Rico Jr. (RIP) Jekyll is from the good era (2003-2009), and made in 2008 specifically. Please, this thread is not about any BRJ controversies, period, as this guitar predates all that. Let's keep it that way. Thank you in advance.

The COA spec sheet is pictured and included. Additional/updated specs:

Neck through design
Weight - 7.75 lbs
Scale length - 25.5"
Pickups - Wagner WCR Murkat set - like an early 80's JB but better
German made Original Floyd Rose. It returns to absolute pitch when diving or pulling up. No wear on the bridge posts or trem baseplate
AxLabs Brass locking Tone Claw - adds stability to tremolo performance and a little hardtail like solidity to the tone
Various blue titanium Floyd upgrades throughout. You can see them clearly. Adds a little sparkle and definition compared to the stock pieces
Noiseless trem springs
Slim neck profile, but not Ibanez Wizard slim. Still substantial enough for comfortable chording
G & G hardshell case included

No buzzes, dead spots or anything nasty like that. Just highly resonant tone.

Issues - the guitar suffered a small headstock chip due to the previous owner not packing it carefully (despite me telling him to). That WON'T happen when I pack it. Considering I'm not a luthier I did a fairly decent job fixing it myself. I photographed the tip of the headstock to show it. Also a couple pics from the original dealer when it had the stock Seymour Duncan pickups.

$3300 USD to lower 48 USA/Canada.
PP F&F or bank wire transfer for payment. I'm willing to work with a buyer to offset the cost of shipping. Also, an in person cash transaction is possible for anyone semi-local to me (near Toronto, ON Canada) or bank EMT for other potential Canadian buyers. Many of you guys know me and several can vouch for me regarding positive buying/selling with me. I have 100% positive feedback on Reverb as well.

No trades wanted.

I wish I still had B.C. Rick custom V I got made in the late 90’s. Like a young idiot who wasn’t making great money, it got moved along to fund the next “I gotta have it”. It was the first V they ever did with a widow headstock. Trans black body. What was cool is they were real custom. Got the exact neck profile I wanted, everything. No choosing from a few fixed options. Of course the body shape and headstock were their’s, but that’s why I chose them. Quality was 2nd to none. Got to meet Bernie Sr. Before he passed away and Jr. was great to deal with. Plus it didn’t take a long time for them to finish it.
GLWS, I bet this guitar is pretty sweet.

these pre "black Friday" Ricos were amazing guitars. I had him build me a Hesperian 7 that is still the nicest 7 I've ever played to this day.
GLWTS I bet this thing rips

I remember a guy I know was endorsed by Rico back then and I played a bunch of these prototypes, very solid guitars. GLWS, definitely a nice piece you have here.

Killer color combination, I'm not big on double cuts either, but this guitar looks awesome
