Very cool handmade pedal. 5150 style gain in pedal form. SOLD
Specs from Dunn:
This is a FET based version of the distortion channels from a 5150 block letter amp, tailored to a pedal format. Running at a higher internal voltage from a typical 9V connector, this allows for some headroom in the circuit and really brings the FET's to life. Features six standard gain stages to emulate the three pre-amp tubes of the original circuit, and also includes an optional forward boost, similar to how an overdrive is sometimes used in front of the amp to drive it even further. Mode switch adjusts for rhythm (crunch) or lead (solo) gain dynamics.
Controls:
Pre: input volume
Post: output volume
Lo, Mid, Hi: EQ controls
Presence: EQ prominence
Boost: boost level + gain
Gain: overall distortion control
Enclosure art by Michael Salas
Top-loaded input jacks
Standard 2.1mm 9V DC power jack with negative center pin
True Bypass
Bright blue indicator LED
