Long story short, I first ordered this guitar summer of 2014, sold it a year later, and then bought it back this summer. I can really appreciate what a fantastic instrument it is, but I just can't bond with it and will stick to my Explorer. It just feels to different and it's not going to be played.

I'm willing to entertain trade ideas for guitars (solid, non trem or possibly an interesting amp)
Sale price would be $550 plus shipping.

The ST300 line seems to be gone from the product line now, and can be hard to find.
On to the specs!

M bridge (Carvin's TOM)
Maple neck, alder wings
Slimmer JB profile neck (not too thin, not too thick)
Jet black ebony board
24 jumbo stainless frets (perfect)
Holdsworth 2+4 headstock
Carvin locking tuners (excellent tuning stability)
Abalone dot inlays (the 9th fret marker is sunken in by about 1/32")
Radiation Green Metallic paint (small scratch around the lower portion of the bridge pickup -see pic)
Satin finish over the entire instrument (back of neck and top of body around pickups have become glossy due to playing)
Option 50 control rout (no 5 way switch, just a volume and a 3 way switch)
Original Carvin neck pickup
Duncan JB bridge pickup
