Sadly, I find 8 strings one too many, even though I love this guitar.
This is a made in Sweden custom shop Strandberg Boden 8.
Specs are:
Walnut Top with Ash Back
Perpetual Black finish
Roasted Maple Neck (with Birdseye Maple fretboard)
Seymour Duncan Sentient and Pegasus pickup set
26.5-28" fanned fret scale
Superb guitar, great condition barring three issues:
1) On the front, close to the tone knob, there's a small ding. Just a small depression, no major damage. As you can see from the pics, not really visible, but PM me if you want a close up shot.
2) On the lower treble aide horn, the finish has clouded a bit/worn out due to use. Nothing major and again barely visible. Can take a pic for you, PM me.
Otherwise in great condition, well defined low F# string, this guitar can even be set up to play in Drop D and still sounds well defined thanks to the scale length.
The guitar has not been modified in any way. All stock from the custom shop.
The fretboard is beautiful, super smooth and I love the Endura neck. The reason for sale, as I mentioned, is that I am no good with eight string guitars.
