Alright guys, who's up for some trading? Since we're all stuck at home, we might as well get some new toys/tools to keep us occupied. I've been a good boy when it comes to social distancing and am so far Rona-free, at least to my knowledge, so none of these guitars have the Rona either.

I'm primarily interested in other guitars, but I could also really use a nice bass at the moment, and am open to guitar gear, and recording/studio gear. Guitar brands I'm especially interested in (though I'm open to whatever else you might have):

Jackson/Charvel
Ibanez
PRS
McNaught
Fender (especially CS stuff)
Suhr
Anderson (especially an Angel)
Aristides
Strandberg
ESP

Ovation Malmsteen Viper - 9.5/10 Condition

Mahogany Body
Spruce Top
Mahogany Neck
Ebony Fretboard
Preamp and Pickup

Super easy to play and surprisingly versatile guitar. It may have some super minor signs of play/wear somewhere on it, but I couldn't find any.

$700

Ibanez Artstar AF-120 - 9/10 Condition

Maple Body and Neck
Rosewood Fretboard
24.75" Scale
Fulltune II Bridge
Ibanez Super 58 Pickups

This was the flagship of the Artstar series in the late 90's. Made in Korea, its considerably nicer than the similarly priced and spec'd Ibanez hollowbodies of today. There is some very minor wear, but nothing serious or distracting in any way. Hardshell case is included.

Ibanez MM1 Martin Miller

African Mahogany Body
Flame Maple Top
Roasted Maple Neck and Fretboard
12" Radius
25.5" Scale
Stainless Steel Frets
Gotoh 510 Tremolo
Locking Tuners
Seymour Duncan Pickups (Aftermarket)

This is the first Ibanez AZ that I've played, and it's actually exceeded my expectations, despite me being a huge Ibanez fan to begin with. I compare it to Suhr, and the Charvel Govan. It's not quite as nice as the former, generally speaking, and I actually prefer it to the latter. The neck is surprisingly bulky, compared to what we've all come to expect from Ibanez, and it's far more versatile than the average Ibby as well. The original pickups were swapped out for a JB/Jazz set, which works so well, I don't think I'd put anything else in it.

Schecter USA Sunset II 7 - 9.7/10 Condition

Alder Body
Flame Maple Top
Maple and Walnut Neck
Macassar Ebony Fretboard
27" Scale
12 - 16" Compound Radius
German Silver Frets (equivalent to stainless steel)
Locking Tuners
Schecter USA Handwound Pickups

Whether you are or are not a fan of Schecter's import line, the USA stuff will come as a pleasant surprise. The quality is on par with any other USA builders within $1000 or so of its price range. Though this guitar has a 27" scale, if I'm not mistaken, I think most of the extension is in the bridge placement, so you don't have to worry about your left hand getting uncomfortable, but have the added benefit of baritone tension/clarity. This guitar would be mint or damn near it, if not for the tiniest neck pocket crack (which is in the clear coat only).

Vigier Excalibur Expert Classic Rock - 9.7/10 Condition

Alder Body
Maple Neck with Graphite Reinforcement
Stainless Steel Frets
25.6" Scale
11.81" Radius
Vigier Tremolo
Vigier Locking Tuners
Dimarzio Injector and Area T Pickups

Vigier is the partly neglected step child of the boutique Strat world. They're easily on par with Suhr, for example, if not better. Perfect necks, always low action, super reliable. It's somewhat unusual to come across a more traditional layout on one, but I was blown away by how well it works. Its seen nearly no playtime at all, and would be Mint if not for two tiny neck pocket cracks (clear coat only).

TMG Ronnie Scott Telemaster - 9.9/10 Condition

Swamp Ash Body
Maple Neck
Indian Rosewood Fretboard
Medium C Profile
10” Radius
Duesenberg Neck Pickup
TMG Slider 52 Bridge Pickup

I have no experience with TMG outside of this guitar, but it’s as good as that of any of the other vintage-style American builders I’ve been across. It is what it looks like - a cross between a Jazzmaster and a Tele, though it’s a bit more of a Tele. Unbelievably good tone from this thing - I’ve been a bit obsessed with twangy surf/spaghetti tones lately, and this thing nails it. It also, not surprisingly, works perfectly for blues and even jazz stuff.

Gibson Les Paul Standard 60's - 9.6/10 condition

Mahogany Neck and Body
AA Flame Maple Top
Rosewood Fretboard
Slim Taper Profile
12" Radius
Medium Jumbo Frets
Burstbucker 61R and 61T Pickups

I'm not usually a big Gibson guy, but they've been making fantastic guitars in the last few years, in my experience. This is a badass Les Paul. It has a weight to it, but sounds huge, and has a great neck on it. Aside from the slightest scratches on the back, its super clean.

Music Man JP-15 - 9.8/10 Condition

Mahogany Body
Quilt Maple Top
Roasted Figured Maple Neck
Stainless Steel Frets
Schaller Locking Tuners
Music Man Tremolo
Piezo
Dimarzio Illuminator Pickups
Push-Push Gain Boost (volume knob)
Push-Push Pickup Blender (tone knob)

As good as any high end American guitar, but with the magic touch of Music Man on the neck. I’ve owned almost every Petrucci sig they’ve released (I think it’s up to 48,000 variations now?) and next to the JPX, this is my favorite iteration. Minty condition, or so close I can’t tell the difference.

Music Man JP6 BFR - 9.9/10 Condition

Alder Body
Mahogany Tone Block
Quilted Maple Top
Rosewood Neck and Fretboard
Stainless Steel Frets
25.5" Scale
Schaller Locking Tuners
Music Man Tremolo
Piezo
Dimarzio CrunchLab/Liquifire Set

This is from a limited run of guitars built with solid Rosewood necks, which is an option now unavailable outside of select models and special edition pieces. If you haven't played a solid rosewood neck on a high end guitar yet, I can't recommend it enough, nor can I accurately describe how good it feels. You have to try it. Conditionwise, there may be the slightest of surface scratches, but I can't find anything, so I have no problem describing it as Mint.

Mayones Regius 7 Custom - 9.3/10 Condition

Mahogany Body
Quilted Maple Top
Maple, Mahogany, Wenge, Amazakoe Neck
Ebony Fretboard
25.4" Scale
Locking Tuners
Fishman Fluence Moderns
ABM Bridge

This is a unique build, on account of the inlays, color, and high grade quilt top. There's some minor dings in a few spots (I did my best to capture them), but overall fairly clean.

Mayones Legend 7 Koa - 9.7/10 Condition

African Mahogany Body
Curly Koa 5A Grade Top
Ebony Fretboard
Maple Set-Neck w/ Mahogany Stripes
Gloss Top and Matte Finish Backside
BKP Juggernaut Pickups
Stainless Steel Extra Jumbo Frets
20" Radius
3mm Luminlay Glow-in-the-Dark Side Dots
Hipshot Dridge
Locking Duners

For whatever reason, this model is the least photogenic guitar I can think of, but I assure you, it looks amazing in person. Its essentially just a singlecut version of the Regius, which is a good thing, as the Regius is a perfect design in my book. The neck is one of the best 7 string necks I've ever played, its very clear and aggressive in the low end, and has a lot of chime in the mid-highs. Conditionwise, there's a few really minor scratches, and maybe one or two super minor impressions.

Jackson Custom Shop SL2HT - 9.7/10 Condition

Mahogany Body and Neck
Ebony Fretboard
25.5" Scale
Stainless Steel Frets
Locking Tuners
Seymour Duncan Pickups

Pictures do not do this guitar a single shred of justice. It's both beautiful and masterfully crafted. Amazing neck, great woods, great tone, etc.. If you look closely, you may find the faintest of polishing swirls, but it's been babied.

Jackson Custom Shop SL2H - 9.9/10 Condition

Mahogany Body and Neck
Flame Maple Fretboard
25.5" Scale
Stainless Steel Frets
Original Floyd Rose Tremolo (top mount)
Seymour Duncan Custom (in both positions)
Porsche Velvet Red Metallic Finish

Full on Custom order, with an amazing color that I did a poor job of capturing. It's a bit warmer and fancier in person. Perfect playability, as you'd expect from Jackson, and the all Mahogany construction makes for a more distinctive tone than you might be used to from a Soloist. This thing has been babied its whole life. The only modification is a tremolo stabilizer, which the majority of people think of as an upgrade. Otherwise, it more or less passes as new.

Aristides 060 - 9.9/10 Condition

Arium Body and Neck
Richlite Fretboard
Stainless Steel Frets
25.5" Scale
12" - 16" Radius
HIpshot Bridge
Hipshot Griplock Tuners
Fishman Fluence Pickups

One of the more attractive Aristides I've been across. The color is more vibrant, and a bit darker than it looks in my pictures. Also hard to see is the "marble" texture effect. Conditionwise, it's as clean as can be. If you haven't played one of these guitars, but are considering one, I can't recommend this one enough.

Aristides 060S - 9.8/10 Condition

Arium Body and Neck
Richlite Fretboard
25" - 26.1" Scale Length
Lundgren M6
Hipshot Griplock Tuners

Like all Aristides', this guitar is as reliable and stable as a guitar could possibly be. Arium is fully synthetic and immune to climate-based warpage, but also sounds amazing. These guitars are tone machines. This one stands out from all of the others I've owned in terms of both aesthetics/features, and feel. I can't quite place my finger on it, but there's something addictive about the the neck on this guitar - I can barely put it down. As such, I won't be disappointed if it doesn't sell, though I suspect that it won't last long.

Strandberg USA Boden 7 Custom - 9.5/10 Condition

Swamp Ash Body
Curly Maple Top
Maple Neck
Birdseye Maple Fretboard
Seymour Duncan Pickups

This is a one of a kind custom Boden made in the USA shop (now closed and moved to Sweden). It was made for an Artist, which may or may not mean it got a bit of extra love in the building process. Aside from a few really tiny indentations that you'll probably completely overlook, it's in excellent, clean shape.

Suhr Modern Roasted Custom - 9.9/10 Condition

Roasted Swamp Ash Body
Flame Maple Top
Roasted Maple Neck and Fretboard
Modern Elliptical .800 - .850 Profile
Stainless Steel Frets
10" - 14" Radius
25.5" Scale
Gotoh Floyd Rose Tremolo
Locking Tuners
Suhr Aldrich Pickups

I can't say enough good about this guitar. The build is perfect, the woods are all gorgeous, it sounds amazing, and it feels as good as a super strat can. Its been babied its whole life, so it's either Mint, or so close that I can't tell the difference.

Suhr Modern Custom - 9.8/10 Condition

Basswood Body
Chevron Flamed Maple Top
3A Birdseye Maple Neck
3A Birdseye Maple Fretboard
Stainless Steel Frets
Modern Eliptical Profile (.800 - .850)
10" - 14" Radius
Suhr ML Standards and SSH+ Pickups

This is one of the best guitars I've ever owned, and I've had no fewer than 30 Suhr Moderns. The pictures do it absolutely no justice - it has one of the best tops and necks I've seen on any guitar. I'm only selling it because I have a short list of guitars I absolutely must have and need to free up some space for them.

PRS Custom 24 Satin - 9.5/10 Condition

Flame Maple 10-Top
Rosewood Neck
Ebony Fretboard
Pattern Thin
85/15 Pickups

I don't know if the color is Denim/Blue Jeans, or Faded Whale Blue, but its definitely a shade of blue, and not the yellowish washed out color that my pictures might lead you to believe (I need to get better lighting). This is a perfect guitar, and I think it speaks for itself. The only flaw is a tiny impression on the bottom side, and maybe a couple of minuscule surface scratches somewhere, but its been babied is super clean.
