I stopped in a Radio Shack yesterday to pick up some fuses, so I have them on hand.

I asked for FAST BLO 250 ma or 315 ma

The clerk told me he needed to know amps to know what fuses to sell me. I thought ma was miliamps (sp)...no?

I am no expert int his stiuff, so I was immediately a bit confused.

Ended up rummaging around myself and bought a pack of .315 amp Fast Acting fuses.

Are these the right ones?

mA = milliamps. The "m" prefix denotes "milli" which means "one thousandth". So, 1mA = 0.001A. So if you're looking for 315mA fuses, then 0.315A fuses are exactly it. The Radio Shack clerk should've known this.
