anyone have any experience with their guitar amps?

I'm mainly intrigued because I remember reading that Andy Larocque used one (can't remember offhand which model) around the time of Abigail

Maiden used them on Seventh Son as well I believe. I almost bought one a while back just because I love that tone.

It is one of the better sounding ss amps. The clean chours sound is very comp. That can be kinda cool. Its kind of cool like a toy. Nothing like a tube amp.

I played one in 1986-87, a college dorm buddy had one. It sounded killer....great gain and pick response. I had a Peavey Deuce.........a classic example of when SS > Tube
