Matched quad of Gold Lion KT77's showed up today for the 20thA XTC...

Gary, what were you biasing yours at for the sweetspot??

I would also be interest in where people are setting their bias on 20th XTC's with =C= tubes as well. V. for sure let us know what you think. I'm wondering why my 20th is a little metalic sounding on top, not as sweet on the top as my 101B. Maybe I don't have it bias'd high enough but very interested in your thoughts on the KT77's too.
 
Spoke with Charlie, as per his recommendations, 32mA (each) for the Gold Lion KT77's.

Ya, I'll be installing my new tubes this weekend and spending some QT with both my re-glassed rigs... Gonna be fun, and hopefully, a wicked sounding experience.
