My friend Dan owns a guitar shop here in Honolulu and stopped in on my way home from work to see what was new

Played the dirty shirley pedal which was very cool-tom anderdon w/bare knuckles into a carr combo it became pretty marshally!

then Dan busted out an Analysis power cable to show me how it affects an amp’s sound and it was pretty wild hearing the difference an IEC power cable made.
He then sent me home with it and an el capistan just to check out with my home rig to see if it sounds right with my guitar amp etc...

i am so blessed that 3 of my good friends either own or manage the best guitar shops on the island!!

I had no idea there was such a thing as a 'boutique' power cord LOL

Does Dan still have those solid flame maple Jacksons? They were there years ago and seemed to be a permanent fixture..
