Made a little rundown of one of my favorite LP's I've come across, and I've owned a bunch! It's kind of a Frankenstein of all the Gibson fixins – Body of a Standard, binding of a Custom, headstock of a 335, ebony fretboard. Pretty killer guitar. ️

Nice guitar. I like it. I have an oddball silverburst SG from around the same time, ebony fretboard with binding, same headstock emblem. Came with tapped Burstbuckers. Swapped the bridge pup for a Motor City Detroiter. Love that guitar.

One thing about a Les Paul, that neck position pickup has that unmistakable tone to it and it sounds great! A really nice ping to it!
