It is a new guitar. I've set it up quick to see everything plays like it should (and it is), and put it back in the case. All of the case candy still in the bag unsealed (Gibson tool, leather strap, cloth, pick guard etc).
These ones come with 9 volt battery for booster and push/push knobs for splitting. Very versatile Les Paul. Neck is closer to 60s than it is to 50s. Weight is around 8lb
