One thing that sucks about getting caught with pot in your car, they can charge you with driving under the influence and even if you weren't smoking pot and actually high at the time you were pulled over they can still make it stick (if you smoke with any degree of regularity) because the THC stays in your bloodstream and they will take a blood test and say that you were under the influence. They definitely have a nice loophole there to get you.....
