Continuing to narrow down finish options. These three colors received the most votes and/or tied. Reign in Cherry Blossom seemed to get a lot of love, so that will be the final graphic option for this build. Be aware that the actual version of the graphic will be different, but on par/better than the below design and will have a few final options to choose from in a final poll if selected.

You can change your vote up until the last moment.
This poll will close in three days.

Be aware that the colors below are only the basic color choice and actual final color shade as well as tint, and finish (matte/satin/gloss/metallic/sparkle, etc...) will be done in a separate poll once the color or graphic has been selected.

43mm (1.69") Nut Width
Reverse Pointy Headstock
Rolled Edge Ebony Fingerboard with 16" (15.75"/400mm) Radius
Lisa's Top Secret 12th Fret Inlay (not a question mark in case you were wondering)
25.5" Scale
24 Stainless Steel Jumbo Frets
Gotoh 1996 Tremelo/Vibrato
Body Mounted HH Pickup Configuration



Polls still to come include pickup selection, control layout, and hardware finish once all of the body/headstock finish polls are concluded.

If it gets down to red...... Satin Candy Apple Red or Metallic Dragons Blood is nice. Otherwise pretty down with the Cherry Blossom ^_^

Also just wondering as the voting was done and the San Dimas/SoCal body won out. Just want to point out a Dinky is 7/8ths the size of a strat and a San Dimas/SoCal is an actual strat shape body made to the actual size of a strat. The size makes a difference and they are different body types. SoCal and San Dimas are also different because one is routed and the other isn't.

Is this going to use a Dinky Body instead of a San Dimas type body or a SoCal one? Personally prefer San Dimas builds but any of the three are solid.

This build isn't related to the sign up thread builds.
This was started prior to that and the Dinky won.
Everyone was made aware of it's size as it was in the poll.

Pondering a future contest/giveaway.
Not asking for every spec right now since the poll choice amount is limited.
So, will do each selection one day at a time (ie; body shape, body wood, neck/fingerboard wood, pickup configuration, bridge type, hardware color, finish).
For the first day we'll get down to the obvious (predicting two are going to come close).
No takesy backsies, choose wisely.

Super Strat handily beat everything in the first poll selection, though may do another in the near future matching up the V and Explorer. ?
In the mean time; let's get a bit more specific.
Note that neck/fingerboard woods, flame/quilt tops or just paint/stain will be available in later polls, focusing only on main body wood for now.

Sick, so theres two different builds going on. :m17:
 
One thing I've noticed on stage is that light colors and high contrast pop best. Darker colors, even if they're vivid, go flat in stage lighting. One time I giggged my ESP KH2 purple sparkle expecting it to blow up in the stage lights, and in reality it was flat as hell...

That said, the cherry blossom by a mile, and may the final graphic have good contrast. :)
 
I did not read any of the other comments and was happily surprised to see that the majority of others also voted for the Reign in Cherry Blossom!
