Goldfinger 45 options?

I watched a clip where R. Bogner said that the GF 45 comes with high/low power select on the front of the amp - and also a 1/2 power select on the back of the amp... I've looked at some pics of the amp, but I don't see any switch for 1/2 power select?
 
The salesman said that there is a place for a switch - but no switch?

I just noticed this runs at 4 or 8 Ohm - no 16 Ohm! ? Maybe it's okay to run a 16 Ohm cab at 8 Ohms? Wait! I see the 16 Ohm output... :)

Question: Is it okay to run a 16 Ohm cab at 8 Ohms - or is it the other way around? I heard the GF 45 LOVES a 16 Ohms cab!

It does run at 16ohm - Take another look at the output to the right of the ohmage switch on the rear (see above pic)
 
Layout is definitely a bit funky. Wouldn't wanna be drunk trying to navigate this amp for the first time on a dimly lit stage.

That being said, I'm interested... Sad but true.
