Good Budget Small Home Recording Setup

So I have a newer HP Laptop computer running Windows 11 Home Edition with Intel Core i3 processor and a new 34 inch LG curved computer monitor with built in docking station and wanted to get a new USB recording interface that has zero latency & get a pair of new great sounding actual studio monitors, not expensive ones, that can also keep up volume-wise with playing along to songs while playing through my guitar amps but not ridiculous volumes.

I also still have my old Line 6 Toneport UX1 USB recording interface, Altec Lansing computer speakers (2 desktop speakers and small sub on floor) that I was using with my old Windows 7 HP Pavillion desktop computer, which I still have that computer too

I'm a beginner so any suggestions or input is greatly appreciated!!
 
The toneports aren't terrible tbh, but you can get a new interface for very, very cheap now. Honestly which one just depends on how much you want to spend. That and real monitors are the only real hardware gear you need to buy, but the important part is actually the software.

1. Reaper or equivalent
2. Good plug ins - I would suggest Scheps omni strip as a great, inexpensive do it all
 
Real clean 2 channel interface: SSL 2
Alternatives: Motu and Focusrite Scarletts

Monitors: Yamaha HS5s or the ones that have the yellow cone rings or whatever. KRKs? Idk, I got the Yammys.

You can get a Tascam US2x2 for like $99 and download Cakewalk for free; this is my main setup for recording guitars (Kali LP-6 monitors)
 
You could just buy used and save a pretty good bit of coin. GC used has a ton of studio monitors, interfaces, etc.
