Good direct box with cabinet emulation?

Looking to record and/or rehearse w/ headphones (I own a set of Roland V-Drum electronic drums), so seeking a direct box that will emulate different cabinet situations (i.e., open back 2x12 with JBLs, stock Fender Vibrolux speakers, 4X12 w/ Celestions, etc.). Not looking to emulate different amps or tubes, as I will be using my M4 preamp into the direct box.

Suggestions?

Hahaha, that's why I was asking.

This one looks pretty good. Radial makes some nice stuff.

I can say that the SansAmp stuff records suprisingly well, for demos. And I can say that the Behringer UltraG isn't BAD, but it's a little fuzzy. Are you gonna be sending the simulated signal into a mixer, then out to phones?

First to a mixer, then a headphone amp, then to headphones for quiet rehearsing. Or direct to an 8-track digital recorder. Wouldn't mind using it for bass, either.

I'd like to be able to change the speaker characteristics, though; I use mostly JBL speakers in my stage rig, two E-120s for a very clear, clean sound, and two K-110s for a warmer tone with a little breakup. And it would be nice to emulate some other speakers and cab configurations as well. I play a lot of clean and lower gain stuff, through the T/D, Bassman and Vox modules, and I also have a Groove Tubes Trio preamp and a 73 Twin Reverb with a preamp out mod.

I used to have an ADA Microcab, but it never wowed me.

From what I've heard, sadly, unless it's a Palmer, you're not gonna be wowed...

I know it would be super complicated, but perhaps a setup where you run a direct guitar signal into a laptop with some modelling software or something?
