I worked all weekend but the weather is incredible right now, about 80 degrees, and I now it's very nice where your at there Danny, gotta love So Cal  right back at you Danny!!!!

Screw you guys. it was 40 degrees in NYC this morning. Its fraking late April. This is absurd. Global Warming my ass!!! More like global cooling!

I've got a gig that I'm really looking forward to. It would very likely be the first summer "beach" gig of the season. It's at the Wavehouse in San Diego. I'll be on drums.

The Wavehouse is right on the beach, so it should be lots of fun and a good preview of the summer coming!

Mountain High and Snow Summit (snowboard resorts) closed this weekend amidst a all the slushness of melting snow.

I did a mountain bike ride Saturday in which I almost fainted from heatstroke... Yet, the water temps at the beach dropped from 60F to 54F this weekend. Veeeeery cold!

Here's to that! I feel the summer coming. Of course out here in Tejas that means chingos of heat brotha. Supposed to hit 90 by the end of the week. Time to hit the river.

Little bitey bastards!!! :gethim:

Can you guys believe that back in the Chupacabras HeyDay, a Mayor of one of the cities in Puerto Rico actually organized a big expedition to hunt down the chupacabras?

I thought it was ridiculous! Obviously, they found nothing. And I bet they used government funds for the stupid expedition.

Hahahaha! It took me a few seconds to get the joke!!

Well, I didn't read this one on National Enquirer. I'm from Puerto Rico. So... I saw it first hand on the 5 O'Clock news! :D

I spent over 3 yrs in PR living at the edge of the rain forest when they were going crazy over that Chupacabras. I was building a house about 13 miles away and when we pulled up all the chickens (about 15) were dead laying all over the place.

It was rough living 1/2 mile from the rainforest and 1 mile from the beach. :D I also was a formen/carpenter on the RIO Mar Estate hotel for a yr. They used it for the Miss USA pageant after it was done. Very cool to see something you spent a yr building on tv. After that I spent the last 3 years (9 total) working on the "Ronald Regan Building" in the Federal Triangle (the last to be built in the Fed Tri) and then saw it on tv being dedicated to Pres.Regan. So I got to be a part of history. :D

Anyway...This past weekend was 83 and although I didn't catch any fish I spent the day floating around on the bass boat. Fishing here usually kicks in around the end of May.
