The BOSS Waza Amp Head offers what BOSS considers the ultimate “Brown Sound.”

There is a wide range of easily accessible tones onboard thanks to a 3-position amp character switch and four footswitchable channels.

The 150-watt solid-state power amp can also be changed to 1-, 50-, and 100-watt settings. And a speaker- and mic-emulated DI output and USB out make performance and recording a piece of cake.

Sounds pretty darn good to me

Sounds like the perfect EVH early tone. And from a live demo no less. But 2500? Too much.

Yep, $2500 is absurd, but I will admit, it does sound pretty good.

It sounds good. A little thin for my taste. Why so much money for a solid state amp ? It is lacking some balls(tubes). INMO

Sounds fake/processed.

Wonder if a tube preamp section would have helped?

Very authentic and top playing too! I like how the riff to Wicked Sensation shows up A LOT in so many of these types of demos haha!

looks like it is similar to the randall module thing...has a "tube" looking thing that will have players "tone" in it. Price point is probably about right and given its a boss it will be built like a brick shit house, unlike randalls

Isn't an AXEII less than that? To me it would be a no brainer to get that instead.

I don't get the "let's put leds in it and pretend it's tubes."

That sounded really good indeed. I wonder if it finally will start to break the paradigm of tube amps, personally I am not sure if I would be ready for that yet.
