Can someone post what all the switches do - or are intended to do. I can hear the tonal changes obviously, but would like a better explanation. Also, how do the 2 gains work in conjunction with each other? Is is better to turn one gain up more than the other? I'm guessing the unlabeled switch under the channel selector is the pentode/triode selector.

basically, what some optimal settings that you guys like and the switch positions.

I'm loving it so far. I must admit, I wasn't expecting it to live up to the hype. I had a Jose Mod eariler this year. While I liked it, it wasn't what I was hoping for. This amp definitely is all that and more. I'm a believer now. :lol: :LOL: I'm not sure that there's a tone out there that this amp can't do.

The headshell took some damage in shipping, I'm gonna have to get a replacement. Fortunately, the amp was not damaged and works great. Here's a picture outside of the headshell to prove its not a Bugera.

:thumbsup: Got Ya!

Congrats on getting your CCV!!! :rock:

Try the following settings as a starting point:

Gain Channel
Punch = Noon (toggle switch on top to the center)
Presence = Noon (toggle switch on top to the center)
Bass = 12:30
Mid = 2:00
Treble = 2:30
Gain #1 = 2:30 (toggle switch on top to the left)
Gain #2 = 2:00 (toggle switch on top to the left)
Switch over the Master to the left
Switch over the Solo to the right

the switches on the gain pots work best when not dimed, somewhere in the middle. middle is nothing left and right are caps of different values to add gain and brightness in diff levels. switches on masters bring in a clipper circuit. smooths out the lead tone. Just there for variety.

its a three position switch middle is nothing one side is diodes amd the other side is a secrete.

Badass! :rock:
