Got my Torpedo LIVE yesterday, update not possible

Hi,

got the Torpedo LIVE yesterday and had not enough time setting everything up (had a singer in the studio).

At least I wanted to update the firmware using the remote software... After installing the remote it asks correctly if I want to update the LIVE, you say yes, then it works a moment and then Windows says "the software doesn'T work anymore. The program has to be closed."

I'm on Windows 7 SP1, 64 Bit, all updates.

Any idea what to do?

what is your firmware version on the Live?

Is your machine behaving correctly with the Remote, apart from the failing firmware upgrade?

Hi Guillaume,

firmware is 1.08.

Remote I installed and didn't go beyond the initial screen asking me if I want to update everything (IR responses as well) with the YES / NO button. I pressed YES ... and it did stop working then.
