Got new XTC today 2008 2nd channel not working

Finally got a sweet lookin 2008 xtc today.
2nd channel doesnt engage.
Tried tubes etc
wont work on back of amp either
what could be wrong so I dont have to wait for shipper to give me money etc.
Would it take a long turn around time to send to bogner to fix???
please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how does that work when it was packed beautifully???

Sounds like some DICKSHIT getting rid of his broken gear. I worked for DHL for 18 years and if there is no damage to the packaging you are not getting a dime from UPS. Sorry to hear this. :thumbsdown:

that was my gut feeling as well when I read the original post.
 
When I was at DHL this happened all the time. They would inspect packages of high value and stuff would be broken before we even shipped it. They are either going for an insurance claim or trying to rip people off. I just shipped 2 guitars through Fed Ex and both times they checked the packages.

PayPal are useless which is why I have nothing to do with them. I had a dispute open for over two years for a motorcycle. The guy was a total scam. Had a couple friends go threaten the guy. I finally flew out with intentions of kicking his ass. Too late...he was already in Federal custody for interstate trafficing charges. Was glad to see that and was also glad I could help put him behind bars. But, PayPal never owned up and I am still out $5500. Cannot believe so many people trust and use those assholes. I try only to buy off businesses on ebay unless it is just something I got to have.

it was off ebay so hopefully ill get my money..I opened a paypal dispute before the UPS gig.

With a case like that, that guy better be thank-full he's in prison. A dick in the ass would be way better than what I'd want to do to the guy!!!!!
 
I got 430.00 from the guy today for shipping and repair.. :thumbsup:
